IN-Home Care NWI was founded to fill a gap families kept describing to us: they needed warm, compassionate, non-medical companion support for an aging parent, not another clinical home health service. Having experienced firsthand the challenges, emotional toll, and everyday struggles of caring for a loved one, our owner understands just how overwhelming this responsibility can be for families. That personal experience inspired a mission to provide a much-needed solution for our elderly population and their loved ones, offering dependable care, companionship, and peace of mind.
What started as a small, locally owned effort to help families in Lake County grew as word spread among neighbors who needed the same kind of support. Today, our caregivers proudly serve families throughout Lake County, Porter County, Tipton, Carmel, West Lafayette, and surrounding areas, always coming directly to wherever a loved one calls home.
Why We Do This Work
IN-Home Care NWI saw firsthand how many families were searching for something gentler than clinical treatment for their aging loved ones. Rather than building another medical service, we set out to create a company centered on companionship, daily living support, and genuine relationships between caregivers and the families they serve. That focus on presence over procedure still shapes how every caregiver is trained and matched with a client today. Our caregivers come directly to your loved one's home, an assisted living community, or a hospice setting, wherever care is needed most.
Every family's care needs are different, so pricing is determined after a free in-home assessment rather than a flat rate. We also work with Medicaid, Anthem insurance, and are contracted with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and can discuss options like Structured Family Care for eligible Indiana families.
